My Maisy in the studio and happily in her own creative world
When I was a girl, I was always drawing. I found so much joy in it. It just felt natural and exciting. My parents were tuned in enough to sign me up for art lessons. Each week I would go and meet with my art teacher, a kind and gentle woman in our area.
I am from a family of eight so it was nice to know that these lessons were just for me and not anyone else. This was my special time to focus and do what I liked to do best. As I learned in that bright little studio, I gained a quiet confidence in my abilities as an artist. What a gift that confidence has been in my life!
I'm up at 11 p.m. just dreaming about this Summer Paper Doll Camp! I can't wait to meet all of the girls that will sign up. I can't wait to perhaps give them what my art teacher gave me years and years ago.
Do you have a girl who loves art? I hope you will sign her up for this camp! I promise to cherish my moments with her. She will make new friends and great memories during our camp.
Please let me know if you have any questions or suggestions!

Love it! Great idea! Would you like to come to Vegas and do a week of classes? I know a couple of girls who would love this!
